IS BEN KALU DOING ENOUGH TO DESERVE MANDATE EXTENSION IN 2023.
This is a great question, unfortunately it cannot be answered in one sentence without revisiting the performances of his predecessors then compare it with his 24 months in the office as a flag bearer in Bende. There was Kaja - 4 years, Nnamdi Tonak 4years and Nnenna Ukeje 12years. Irrespective of party affiliations, we can all agree that Ben Kalu has accomplished more than all of them combined in just 2 years. Hey, imagine 20 years of empty representation - very sad. President Biden was in the US Senate representing the state of Delaware for 36 years. The reason is nothing other than quality representation. Also we can all agree that Ben Kalu is the best thing that happened to Bende for the past 20 years. Hope each and everyone of us will have the opportunity to visit him in Abuja, definitely you can extrapolate the demands for that position - the task, expectations, intrigue exuberance that goes with the job. Many who want that job are mostly looking at the comestic glamore that may not even be there if one really wanna execute that job efficiently and effectively. Get closer to Ben Kalu, and see other reason why he belongs there. Please do not forget approachable, openness transparency, readily available to needs of the people. Counting how many Emergency calls that he responds to, regardless of place and time. Alayi people will attest to his prompt response during the earth movement that occurred there, or the Ecological Disaster in Uzo Amaewu - Uzuakoli, all the impressive moves he has done as far as World Bank to remedy the situation, then Go to Nkpa, Item. If we can call a spade a spade, there is nobody in Abia or South East that could wear his shoes at this time. There are other political positions that could be available, but federal House of Representatives is taken. Bro Nelson, thanks for raising the question. We are simply getting there politically.
